Kevin grew up in Los Angeles with an early love for photography, history, and road trips. This lead to a major in Cultural Anthropology and Urban Geography at UCSB, followed by extensive studies at Brooks Institute of Photography in photography, writing, narrative film, and documentary production. After graduating with a dual BA in commercial photography and feature film production, Kevin worked as a contractor for hire on various film and television projects before launching Knowledge Tree Films LLC in 2009.
Keegan is a director and filmmaker based in Los Angeles with global experience in narrative storytelling and branded content. He has collaborated with Ridley Scott, Saatchi&Saatchi, Leo Burnett, TBWA/Chiat/Day, GTB, and Merkley+Partners. His clients include KIA, Mercedes-Benz, United Airlines, Hyundai, Starbucks, Jeep, and Philips. Keegan continues to maintain new work in both commercial and narrative genres.
Randy grew up in Orange County, honing his skills as an electrical engineer and budding filmmaker, later majoring in electrical engineering at UCSB. His persistent love of the film world lead to studies at Brooks Institute of Photography in photography and film production, with a career choice in editing. Graduating with a degree in digital media production, Randy works on various feature length and short form narratives, documentaries, commercials, and music videos in his state-of-the-art editing bay.
